To get started on having your very own custom piece, please fill in the form below describing the special details of what you are looking for (colors, size, etc.). I will review this information and get back to you by phone and/ or email. After we have discussed and clearly communicated details, I will send you a cost proposal and a contract. I require a signed contract and a 50% deposit, paid by cash, check, PayPal or credit card before work begins.
